There are several examples known of  form TC-TO-1C. Most have interesting messages which comment on life as she was around Green Ponds/Brighton/Oatlands.
    
   
     
       | The first two telegrams show the use of horse-drawn drays and carts to convey people and goods. Most would offer a sevice across a regular route and would be called on to add to their load for that day.

 Message reads: Send cask loose powder by Mills tonight without fail. Cost: 1/- for 9 words.

 Message reads: Please bring a case of Gin up tonight. Cost: 1/- for 8 words.(probably worth every penny!!)
