All Interim forms had the heading COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and a reference to Western Australia.
Transmission forms (ordinary rate).
Two formats for ordinary rate transmission forms were issued by Western Australia during the Interim period.
WI-TO-1.
Has COMMONWEALTH ... heading but POST OFFICE ... heading is in gothic script. Blank boxes at either end of the row for affixing stamps. |

WI-TO-2.
Standardised Interim period heading. Boxes for affixing stampa extend across the width of the form. |
Delivery forms (ordinary rate).
Three formats were used for the ordinary rate delivery forms during this short period in Western Australia although there were many variations within each format - especially for Form DO-2.

Heading is Has two vertical lines of text at left. 40 boxes on the front for the message. |
