4D: reverse printing is flush with the top edge; reverse side has the world map logo.
NOTE: The OTC Satellite (AUSSAT) was launched in 1985.

Distinctive characteristics of this form:

	IAO-EO-4C. Used window envelope. Characteristics: reverse printed heading is flush with the top edge; window has a border with rounded corners; M of TELEGRAM has thinner letters and especially thin centre lines.
	IAO-EO-4C (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope showing the flap and the re-designed logo (diameter: 19 mm). The design now has AUSTRALIA below OTC and the circle mentions Radio, Satellite and Cable.

	IAO-EO-4D. Used window envelope. Characteristics: reverse printed heading is flush with the top edge; window has a border with rounded corners; M of TELEGRAM has thicker letters and normal centre lines.
	IAO-EO-4D (reverse). Reverse side of the above delivery envelope. Flap has rounded peak and curved sides. Logo is the OTC world map.
