All Interim forms had the heading COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA and a reference to Queensland.
Transmission forms (ordinary rate).
Two formats for ordinary rate transmission forms were produced for Queensland during the Interim period and they were very similar to the formats produced for most other States..
QI-TO-1.
Has COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA above Has a box in the top right corner for "Stamps ...". One line of vertical text at the left. |

Has eight boxes under the heading to affix stamps. The end boxes are empty. First line under these boxes starts "Telegram to ...". |

Has eight boxes under the heading to affix stamps. The end boxes have a pointing hand (at left) and the words Date Stamp (at right). First line under these boxes starts "Addressed to ...". |

Heading is the standard interim period format with COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA at the top and a reference to Queensland. No reference to TELEGRAM. Form is printed in red on yellow paper. |
